Terms and Conditions

Cancellations made one month before the Nation Branding Master Class (September 24, 2008) will be charged an administration fee of 10% of invoice total. Cancellations more than two weeks before the event (September 24, 2008) will be charged at 50% of the invoice total. Cancellations less than two weeks before this event will be charged the full price. However, we welcome you to send a substitute delegate at any time, and these details can be updated on the conference website. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of International Conferences, Inc. to alter the content, venue, or the date and timing of the program. In the event that this function is cancelled by Internationalist Conferences, Inc. a full refund will be paid. However, if the event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the Internationalist Conferences, Inc., your booking will be transferred to the revised date of the event. The Terms and Conditions listed here will apply to all transferred bookings. Internationalist Conferences, Inc. will not accept any liability for travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible conference cancellation or postponement. All delegates are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we in any event, will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages etc. PLEASE NOTE The conference fee covers entrance to all sessions, conference documentation and available papers, coffee/refreshment breaks and luncheon.
